Overlooking the gentle hills of the Langhe and Roero, Albergo dell’Agenzia is a project born from an idea of Slow Food, and is designed for those who want to discover authentic hospitality rooted in the territory. It is part of the Agenzia of Pollenzo, an ancient Royal Agricultural Estate founded by King Carlo Alberto in the nineteenth century and destined to become an important center for the experimentation of agricultural techniques. The entire site is the result of the precious recovery of the Agenzia’s historic neo-Gothic buildings which, since 1997, have been included in the list of Royal Savoy Residences as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Ristorante Garden is part of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance and offers refined cuisine inspired by the best products of the Piedmontese territory. Seasonal raw materials from local producers, some selected Slow Food Presidiums, and a great passion for food are the ingredients that will let you discover the taste of authentic ‘slow’ cuisine.

Wine Bank
The Wine Bank (Banca del Vino) was founded in 2001 with the aim of preserving the historical memory of Italian wine, selecting, storing and preserving the best labels of the Peninsula. During the aperitivo, the participants will have the opportunity to visit the Wine Bank and its underground winery. In its store, it will be possible to find historical, rare and selected labels from the Slow Wine guide.
